ChatHop is a strictly SFW, 18+ text chat. To keep it safe, the following are prohibited.

Zero tolerance

  • Any sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes children. This is reported to NCMEC and law enforcement.
  • Soliciting, grooming, or attempting to contact minors.
  • Threats of violence, or content promoting terrorism or self-harm.

Prohibited conduct

  • Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or slurs targeting protected groups.
  • Sexually explicit content, solicitation, or sexual services.
  • Sharing others' personal or private information ("doxxing").
  • Spam, scams, phishing, or advertising.
  • Sharing links to illegal content or malware.
  • Attempting to identify, track, or stalk other users.
  • Evading bans or automated filtering.

Enforcement

  • Messages and usernames are screened by automated filters.
  • Users can Report a conversation; reports are reviewed by moderators.
  • Violations may result in immediate disconnection and a ban.
  • Serious violations are escalated to the appropriate authorities.

Reporting

Use the in-chat Report button. For urgent safety concerns involving a minor, contact local law enforcement and, in the U.S., the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org.
